Shipping

Processing

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays.

Carriers

We use USPS and UPS for single plates and small orders. Larger orders ship by freight. A tracking number is sent by email when the order leaves us.

Delivery time

Delivery time starts when the order ships. United States orders usually arrive 5 to 7 business days after that. Canada usually takes 8 to 14 business days and may have import duties or taxes.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of the order and the delivery address, for both United States and Canadian orders.

Packaging

Every plate ships in a double walled box with corner protection and foam.

If it arrives damaged

Record a video as you open the box, starting with the sealed box and the shipping label in view. If you did not record a video, take clear photos of the box with the shipping label showing, then of the item and the packing. Contact us within 15 days of delivery and send the video or photos. We cannot process a damage claim without them. See the returns policy for the full steps.
